To maximize effectiveness, the Quit Kit is designed to be taken according to a fixed regimen. The regimen is as follows:
Take the morning dose right after waking up and getting out of bed. It is better to take the morning dose prior to eating so its ingredients can be more readily absorbed by the body.
Take the afternoon dose 6-8 hours after the morning dose, or whenever your afternoon cravings tend to kick in. The afternoon dose is meant to be taken before these cravings become problematic.
Take the nighttime dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. The nighttime dose is formulated to promote a restful sleep, so take it when you’re preparing to go to bed.
