Refund Policy

Quit Kit is committed to delivering high-quality services and 100% customer satisfaction to its users. If you are not satisfied with the service that Quit Kit has provided for you, you may be entitled to a refund. All inquiries can be sent to info@tryquitkit.com.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery of a Quit Kit to user’s address.

All refund requests must be made by the user who ordered the Quit Kit in question.

Refund amounts will not include shipping and packaging costs.

Refund amounts will not include any additional money sent by the user of the Quit Kit beyond the costs of shipping and packaging.

Users are entitled to request a new Quit Kit if the one they received is defective but must submit justification for why a new Quit Kit is needed. A new Quit Kit may then be sent to the user. The user must return the defective Quit Kit to the following business address:
