ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days of purchase to let you know that your order is on the way!

SHIPPING FEES

Quit Kit provides free ground shipping within the USA. 

Customers have the option to pay for expedited delivery. Choosing expedited delivery is an additional cost to the Quit Kit.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full purchase amount, minus the cost of expedited shipping, if applicable. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send an email as soon as possible to info@tryquitkit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more information on refunds, please review our Refund Policy.
