It supports recovery with its 4-Point Program and a global network of in-person and online meetings, offering an alternative to traditional 12-step programs.

This book by Jack Trimpey is designed to show readers a unique way to reframe their understanding of the "addictive voice" inside their mind. By looking at this addictive voice with a new and critical perspective, drug users may be able to achieve sobriety independently. Also available on audiobook.

This book by Allen Carr is designed to help you mentally prepare for your quit. It uses a method that has helped millions of people quit drugs ranging from cigarettes to alcohol. I listened to this before quitting kratom and mentally swapped the word "cocaine" for "kratom." It greatly helped me align my conscious and subconscious desire to quit. Also available on audiobook.
